STUDIO RULES & POLICIES

    • All shoots are to be paid in full at the time of booking.

    • Offline Studios does not offer refunds, but we do offer a Studio Credit if the cancellation is made 48 hours in advance.

    • Studio Credit is valid within 3 months of the original booking date.

    • If Offline Studios cancels the booking (rare, but may happen if there is an emergency), we will offer a 100% refund or Studio Credit

    • No show appointments will not receive any Studio Credit or Refund.

    • If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at info@offlinestudios.ca

    • The studio must be left in the same condition as at the start of your booking

    • The renter agrees to and is aware that staff will be in the studio during the booking

    • No Pets

    • No Glitter

    • No Smoking

    • No smoke bombs

    • No open flames or candles are

    • No Alcohol (special requests may be permitted)

    • No outdoor footwear is to be worn past the entrance in order to protect the floor.

    • Do not drag furniture. Pushing or dragging the furniture ruins the floor and the furniture. Ask a friend or a studio attendant for help to move it. Otherwise, please do not move the furniture.

    • The studio is not soundproofed. Music and other sounds must be kept to a reasonable level.

    • All furniture and props must be put back to where you found them before leaving the studio.

    • Do not leave any of your items unattended. We are not liable for loss or damage to your personal belongings.

    • Failure to follow these rules can lead to the cancellation of your booking and the possibility of being banned from the studio.

    • Parking is available in the building at 104 McCaul Street or across the street at the Green-P

    • Parking in the building $4.50 per half hour, $18 for half a day, $26.50 for a full day, and $8.50 for the full day on weekends.

    • Your booking begins at the time you book the studio

    • Our staff will visit or contact you 15 minutes before the end of your session to give you notice that you have 15 minutes left and to ensure the studio is being returned to its original state upon arrival. It is the responsibility of the person who booked the studio to return the studio to its original state before the end of the booking period.

    • Your reservation includes setup and tear-down time. Please plan accordingly if you need to accommodate setting up the space and cleaning it up at the end of your session.

    • You have 10 minutes to leave the studio once your booking has ended.

    • Bookings that exceed this grace period will be charged an additional $100/hour + HST for inconveniencing subsequent bookings.

    • If you break, stain, rip, or damage any of the items in the studio during your stay, your card on file will be charged for the repair or for the full replacement of the item. The minimum damage fee is $100.
